Student Accomplishments

  • 2021 Armada Girls Varsity Tennis won the BWAC Championship, and were recognized as Macomb County team of the year. 
  • Armada High School Boys' Bowling team won the 2020 Division 3 MHSAA State Championship
  • 2018 Girls Varsity Basketball won the BWAC Championship
  • In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 Armada ranked #1 in most M-Step categories in Macomb County
  • Five Armada High School Band & Orchestra Students received ratings of 1 on their performances at the 2017 State Solo & Ensemble Festival
  • Armada Class of 2015 had four Macomb County Academic Scholars
  • 96% of Armada High School graduates go on to college
  • Ten Armada High School students attended the 2015 National HOSA Competition held in Anaheim, California.  Bridget Persley, Hayley Loose, and Kasie Brohl earned a bronze medal in the Community Awareness competition for their work teaching our community about Hands-Only CPR
  • Armada High School Boys' Bowling team won the 2015 Division 3 MHSAA State Championship
  • Armada High School cheerleaders finished 3rd in the state at the 2015 MHSAA State Competition
  • Armada High School Volleyball team won the 2015 Division 3 MHSAA District Championship
  • Armada Class of 2014 had six Macomb County Academic Scholars
  • Armada 2014 senior class of 163 students earned over $3.0 million dollars in scholarships
  • Armada 2013 senior class of 159 students earned over $2.8 million dollars in scholarships
  • MA²S seniors achieved the highest average ACT scores in Macomb County with an average ACT composite score of 28 in 2014
  • Krause Elementary and Armada Middle School achieved some of the highest MEAP scores in the county 
  • Eight Armada High School students were Top 10 finalists in the 2013 National HOSA Competition held in Nashville, Tennessee.  Lauren Okray and Rachel Walling earned Armada's highest ranking, placing 3rd in the nation for their Career Health Display.  Armada 2014 senior Willie Stark was elected as the State of Michigan's HOSA President and Haley May was elected as the Historian.  In 2014, Armada produced 15 state medalist and Steven Scaglione placed 2nd at the national competition in the Extemporaneous Health Display.
  • Armada Middle School Orchestra received a 1st division rating at the MSBOA Band and Orchestra Festival in 2014
  • Armada High School cheerleaders finished 5th in the state at the 2014 MHSAA State Competition
  • Armada HighSchool had 5 BWAC league MVP's during the 2013/14 school year
  • Armada High School had over 70 athletes in 9 different sports that participated in the MHSAA State Championships during the 2013/14 school year
  • Armada's 2014 Quiz Bowl team finished in 1st place in the regular season in the Blue Water Area Quiz Bowl League
  • Armada's robotics team, the Fighting Pi, won a Chairman's Award, a Regional Championship, and finished runner-up in both the State and World competitions
  • The 2014 Armada High School boys bowling team was ranked number one in the state for several weeks
  • Armada High School Band received a 1st division rating at the MSBOA Marching Band Festival in the fall of 2013 
  • Marching Band won 1st place in the 2013 BWAC Competition
  • Armada High School Volleyball team won a 2013 MHSAA Class B District Championship
  • Laurynn Ball - 2013 MHSAA Division 3 Girls Individual State Champion in bowling
  • Kelsey Motoligin - 2013 Michigan High School Powerlifting Association Girls Individual State Champion
  • Ryan Walden - 2013 Michigan High School Powerlifting Association Boys Individual State Champion in the 194 Class
